Nature has provided guidance to human beings since civic life has started or more appropriately, since the dawn of civilization. From the stars guiding the bedouin Arabs in the vast desert (without any signposts or milestones), to the ships, airplanes and space vehicles equipped with sophisticated, modern, computerized navigation systems. It is Nature which ultimately provides the guidance for following the desired (right) path. It is also nature that provides indications in case of failure (wrong path). Nature provides guidance regarding truth and falsehood in every field of human knowledge and scientific endeavor. It is not nature that misguides but our imperfect knowledge, improper designs and improper observations misguide us. The moment knowledge advances to the level of perfect understanding in accordance with nature, human beings succeed in their missions. So, nature provides the touchstone (guidance) to test the validity of all the scientific hypotheses in the various areas of knowledge.

Islam (Deen)  along with these basic concepts, provides the practical system through which these theoretical values take the form of reality and then the man within their concrete results sees of his own, how gainful or harmful it is to act or not according to these values. Being affected by this, his emotions and feelings follow the proper channel for their own operation and since emotions are the impetus of actions his life synchronizes with these higher values. This is called the exaltation of character and neatness of conduct.

Again it passes our understanding completely that if we do not need GOD and his guidance and direction in our family affairs, in the affairs of our town and city, in our schools and colleges, in our bazaars and markets, in our parliaments and government houses, in our high courts and secretariat offices, in our cantonments and police lines, in our battlefields and peace conferences then what other sphere of life is left in which he should be needed at all? Why should such a GOD be accepted and believed in or worshipped, Who is either so useless that he does not give us any guidance in the affairs of our life or (we seek the refuge of GOD in saying so) that he is so foolish that none of his directions to regulate our affairs appear to us to be reasonable or practicable?

Islam is not a religion. It is a comprehensive system of life in which obedience is collectively carried on by means of the state enterprise. The Islamic State or System is responsible for implementing the commandments of Allah Almighty for making the people obey them. The Messenger peace be upon him first of all implemented such a system, the objective of which was to get the Ummah obey the commandments of God Almighty. So the meaning of the Quran's term, Obedience of Allah Almighty and His Messenger was obeying the commandments of God Almighty, not individually on one's own accord but by means of that system which the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him has established. Allah Almighty laws were close fitted in the Quran and His Messenger peace be upon him as the central authority of the Divine system made the members of the society obey these constitution in consonance with the necessity of the time, place and circumstances.

In Quran the word "Allah" is said to be a name of God Almighty which he has choosen for himself. The rest of 99 names are his "siffat" attributes. These attributes are extremely balanced in nature and come into action when it is needed.

According to Arabic Lexicon this "Sift" attribute of Allah Almighty described as the one and only who provide's provision for the development on urgent basis either that is required by human bieng, other species or any thing which exist in this infinite universe.[ Reference: Surah Al Fatiah - Verse 2 ]
