Muslim Woman

Muslim Woman status does the Quran endows for women. The details are lengthy but their gist is that Islam / Quran calls both man and woman, Zauj (counter part) to each other which means companions.

Muslim Woman - Human Beings and God

Just take a look at the universe and it will appear to be a collection of opposites. For example on one side is the night which covers everything in darkness and on the other side is the day which brightens everything by its light.Likewise among living beings, males are created alongwith females whose physical functions are different. This diversity is for the distribution of functions (labour). (Due to this distribution, the aims of your endeavors in social life are different. This is how the system functions so smoothly. However If you consider that this distribution of labour divides humanity into schisms, one having no connection with the other, then this is a misconception. If you superficially look at day and night, or the distribution between men and women, you will find that each one of them appears to be different from the other. However, if you look more closely, you will notice that both are linked with each other. They are branches of the same origin as well as facets of the same fact.Inspite of this distribution of labour, human beings are an indivisible unit. Therefore remember that whoever, considering all mankind to be one entity, gives out of his hardearned money for the nourishment of others but careful not to create unevenness in society. The only aims is the establishment and strengthening of the universal Order of Rabubiyyah (social & economic system) ordained by Supreme Sustainer (Allah Almighty / God).

Muslim Woman - Do we need God

Tags:
@ 11:58 AM (10 months, 5 days ago)

Again it passes our understanding completely that if we do not need GOD and his guidance and direction in our family affairs, in the affairs of our town and city, in our schools and colleges, in our bazaars and markets, in our parliaments and government houses, in our high courts and secretariat offices, in our cantonments and police lines, in our battlefields and peace conferences then what other sphere of life is left in which he should be needed at all? Why should such a GOD be accepted and believed in or worshipped, Who is either so useless that he does not give us any guidance in the affairs of our life or (we seek the refuge of GOD in saying so) that he is so foolish that none of his directions to regulate our affairs appear to us to be reasonable or practicable?

Muslim Woman: Disobedience of God

Tags:
@ 11:54 PM (16 months, 26 days ago)

In this universe, man is the only creature who is given
choice and discretion. He may obey the laws of God Almighty
or may not; this discretion isn't given to any other
creature. Man decides to disobey God Almighty laws when his
feelings and emotions overpower him. These emotions
instigate him for personal gains as against universal
good. He bypasses the laws of Allah Almighty and starts
following his Own emotions. At this stage his intellect
manipulates him the ways and means to achieve these
objects. These emotions or feelings and the intellect which
guides such feelings to achieve the objectives are given
the name of Iblis by the Quran allegorically. Because of
this rebellious nature -according to Taj and Lane-, it was
said that he was born out of fire -Quran chapter 7 verse 12-
and since feelings of human beings remain hidden, Iblis /
Satan was also called a Jinn - Quran chapter 18 verse 50-
Jinn means one who is hidden. Along with the feelings or
emotions, the man is also given the discretion by virtue of
which he is capable of disobedience at the time of his birth
and these accompany him through his life span - see Quran
chapter 15 verse 36

Muslim Woman - God Will

Tags:

Now, we come to the most important aspect of Allah’s Will,
that is, Allah’s Will in relation to the world of human
beings
. How does Allah’s Will function in the world of
human beings? This is the critical question as far as
human beings are concerned. Without a proper understanding
of this question, it is not possible to find the straight
path, Siraat-al-Mustaqeem, we so earnestly seek and so
eagerly want, that we ask Allah Almighty to help us find
in every raka’a of every prayer. And how does God Almighty
respond to this request?: By sending His guidance as a
free gift to us in the form of Wahi or Revelation which is
more valuable than anything else in the universe. Can
there be any better gift to humanity from the Creator of
all the worlds? Not only has He given this priceless gift
of the Quran but God has also, in this process, raised the
status of human beings in the universe to the level of
Ashraful Makhlooqat. But this elevated status is not
free,we have to earn it.Thus human beings occupy a unique
place in the universe.By virtue of possessing a human
body, man is part of the material world. Thus,he is as much
subject to natural laws as is any other object in the
universe. Birth, growth, decay, and death of the human
body are natural processes and so are governed by the laws
of nature. But man is also endowed with a self or ego which
expresses itself as free will, and freedom of choice is
inherent in the self.

Muslim Woman - Obedience to God only

Tags:
@ 02:02 AM (23 months, 12 days ago)
The Holy Quran has declared in unequivocal terms that an individual, a society or a State has no right to claim obedience from any person, since obedience is due to God and God only. But we cannot see God nor have we ever heard His voice. How can then one obey Him? The answer is that obedience is not to God personally but to the laws He has revealed in the Quran. For securing obedience to law, however, it is necessary to have some properly constituted Enforcing Agency. The agency for enforcing God’s laws is the Islamic State and obedience to God means, in practice, obedience to the State which enforces His laws.

But man is also endowed with a self or ego which expresses itself as free will, and freedom of choice is inherent in the self. Since the self is a special gift given to mankind by it is not part of the material body of man. Although it uses the body as a vehicle for its expression, it is not bound by space and time and, therefore, not subject to any physical laws. Since the essence of self is freedom of choice, the Divine Will in the sphere of man performs this function as guidance and not control, and human beings are free to accept or reject His guidance. The Quran is very clear on this point: O Messenger Muhammad! proclaim to the entire mankind the truth has come from your Rabb, whoso ever chooses may accept it and whosoever chooses may reject it- Quran Chapter 18 verse 29
