Muslim Woman status does the Quran endows for women. The details are lengthy but their gist is that Islam / Quran calls both man and woman, Zauj (counter part) to each other which means companions.

Muslim Woman - Falling Muslims

Historians are often astonished to note how the Arabs could reach the height of their glory in such a short span of time, fourteen centuries earlier. But in fact there is nothing to be astonished about. Their glory was the natural consequence of acting in the guidance provided by the Quran. The most astonishing thing on the other hand is that which made the Muslim nation, after it reached the pinnacle of its glory by acting on the Quran and after it witnessed the results of such an action with its own eyes, decline in every sphere of life and ultimately fall into an abyss. How did it happen that the veils of darkness mentioned above could manage to fall in between the light of the Quran and the followers of the Quran? The story is most painful and hair-raising and is worth listening to with rapt attention. It runs as follows: When the forces which opposed the rising tide of Islam in the 7th century A.D. noticed that the uneducated, unskilled, undisciplined and most backward people of the world living on dates for their subsistence, had become the dominant power of the world within a very short period, they became jealous of this. They simply could not bear the aliens treading on their territories and demolishing the structure of their ancient civilisations. The superior nations of that period were the Romans and the Persians who comprise the intelligentsia of that age. They were defeated and overrun by the Arabs who were far inferior to them in material resources. When Hermazan, the defeated Persian Governor was produced before Hazrat Omar !11 Caliph of Islam), the latter asked him why the Persians were now suffering defeat after defeat at the hands of Arabs while previously they could beat them back easily in any encounter. Hermazan replied that earlier the Persians had fought the Arabs alone but now they had to fight against the Arabs plus their God and it was not possible for them to defeat these two forces combined. How true his answer was when we look at the Quranic verse:

Islamic Question -1: A Muslim is engaged in a business, which involves selling or buying alcoholic beverages. He is honest and hardworking. He prays, fasts, and gives Zakat regularly. He performs Hajj as well. In other words, he practices the five pillars. But in his heart he feels that he is committing sin because of the nature of his business. So, he asks for God's forgiveness. He thinks that his pieties in religious matters are sufficient to outweigh his sin due to his business. Is he justified in his thinking?

Muslim Woman - Civilization of Muslims

Tags:

Islam was destined to become a world religion and to create a civilization which stretched from one end of the globe to the other. Already during the early Muslim caliphates, first the Arabs then the Persians and later the Turks set about to create classical muslim civilization. Later in the 13th century both Africa and India became great centers of Muslim civilization and soon thereafter Muslim kingdoms were established in the Malay-Indonesian world while Chinese Muslims flourished throughout China.

Muslim Woman - Muslims Should Learn From their Mistakes

Tags:

The Quran demands that Muslims reflect upon history, not merely to know it but to learn from it. By studying history, Muslims can gain an understanding of how Allah Almighty laws work in the extended lives of nations. The rise and fall of empires is not random, nor does God preordain the fate of nations. Rather, it is the actions of nations that cause their downfall; when the people fail to uphold the laws of society that Allah Almighty has set forth in the Quran. This is why God repeats and reminds us of the history of past nations throughout the Quran, so we can learn from their stories; if we repeat their mistakes (pointed out by the Quran) we will suffer similar consequences.

Muslim Woman discuss Muslims Today

There are many Muslims though who simply want to move with
the times and leave Islam to the Mullahs. They believe in
the adage: Do in Rome as the Romans do. But a vast
majority of Muslims practice passive Islam that was passed
on to them by their forefathers in the name of Islam and
go about doing their daily businesses. They feel fed up
with all the controversies created by the secular and
conservative Muslims but at the same time they do not want
to spend time and effort to find out the truth for
themselves. They feel satisfied as they have been
told by their parents that God will forgive all their sins
simply because they were born in Muslim families and that
the Muhammad peace be upon him will save them from hell
fire no matter what. In other words, they feel satisfied
by being ignorant about Islam.

Muslim Woman: Muslims, Once A Master

There was a time when Muslims were the masters of the earth, controller of the destiny, but today they are on a path of continuous decline.Their Condition is horrible, they face miserable poverty, illiteracy, malnutrition, disease and sickness. There is a feeling of helplessness, hopelessness, and frustration among the Muslims. They are just living, for the sake of living ,without any sense of direction.Neither the rulers, nor the intellectuals of this nation, have any plan, for this huge mass of suffering humanity. It is really painful to see them suffer, despite the best lands, resources, and vast number. It is very important for those, who are concerned about the future of the Ummah, to ponder about as to what is the cause of Muslim decline? What if anything can be done to end this misery.

Muslim Woman - About Past Muslims

Approach of describing past Muslims achievements is effective in making us, Muslims feel proud. It may even motivate a few of us to excel in science – thanks to the West. But in describing the history of Islam and science, should one stop here? Does this approach provide clues about how past Muslims systematically discovered new knowledge? How they invented so much new scientific knowledge without the modern facilities that we have today? Was this the result of their natural instincts or intellectual aptitude? Were they motivated (like most of us) by wealth, career, or fame? Why did they devote their entire lives seeking knowledge of Allah Almighty's creations even while suffering extreme hardships? Most important of all, what was the driving force behind their constant pursuit in advancing the frontiers of new knowledge?  Unless we probe these questions, we will not be able to fully appreciate the achievements of past Muslims or learn from their stories.
