I would like to draw the attention of the guys of the Holy Quran to a few social problems creeping clandestinely in our society. It is due to miscommunication of life style, of values of life to live with on this planet. This miscommunication prevails throughout our society: in the family, in the community, between management and employees, between financial world and the Ministry of Finances, between government and people. This malfunctioning of communication has brought some inherent social issues. The cause of this malfunctioning in the social fabric is quite simple. For many years, the people in the developed countries worked hard to (a) restore their countries from the ruins of World War II, (b) develop the economy and (c) build a modern technological state. When they attained this great goal, they lost much of the motivating force that had knit their nations so tightly together. Now the present parents being enough affluent had provided their generation homes, meals, and extras that came to be thought of as basics - audio and video equipments, software, mobile phones, computers and plenty of newer technological devices to pursue.  At present this generation of those affluents do not know what kind of life style to take up. With these basics, they started enjoying their life sitting in closed rooms. This brought confusion and uncertainty that has pulled the people further apart and caused a whole raft of social problems. This consequently made them socially withdrawn people.

According to psychologists view, personality develops as the result of the reactions of the individual itself. The important thing for personality isn't the social influence to which the individual is exposed but the way, the process in which he reacts to it. Men therefore don?t passively receive but actively acquires personality. The biological factor operating in man is of crucial importance for personality development. However, it will not act to disregard the social factor altogether. Man has to accommodate himself to the demands of the group (family) on which he is dependent and which provides him with security and necessities of life.

The practical way of achieving Muslim Brotherhood is by establishing a social order in which the code of life is the Quran. In this social order the Millat shall chose its own representatives who in turn shall choose, the one who is the best among them, their Ameer or leader. The Ameer shall enforce the Quranic laws, injunctions and permanent values of the Quran; and also, at the same time, shall enforce bylaws in consonance with the existing circumstances, after mutual consultation. The rest of the Millat; shall obey the laws enforced by the Ameer. That is what is called an Islamic Social Order. This social order shall be applicable to the entire Millat but a beginning can be made at the lower levels: for example in localities inside a city, gradually rising up to the level of the city and further rising from city level to State level. Such a social order shall enable the voice of each individual to be heard at the highest level; and at the same time shall allow the orders enforced by the highest authority, to reach individuals, at the laws level, who shall thus be bound down to the Quranic guidance.
