The social part of the Divine Revelation provides us with laws intended to guide the course of social evolution. Islam has developed a political Organization based on eternal principles of the Quran. Since these principles have their source not from any human intellect but delivered by Divine Wisdom, where men when obey them are obeying God but not any individual or system. In the Islamic society all men are equal in the eyes of the law. It is a community of free and equal persons, owing commitment to God and obeying His laws. But when analyze the scenario it comes up with another angle. We have seen that human being has two identities, the self and the body. The relationship between the two selves is close and intimate. But while the body is incessantly changing the self is getting stability. The ultimate spiritual basis of all life, as conceived by Islam is eternal and reveals itself in variety and change. A society based on such a conception of reality must reconcile in its life, the categories of permanence and change. It must possess eternal principles to regulate its collective life as a foothold in the world of perpetual change. Islam seeks to establish a society in which everyone can walk freely and have complete physical, mental and spiritual freedom. The only restrictions would be those placed by the Divine Laws. If human beings earnestly make the effort to endorse, practice and propagate the rights, guidance, wisdom and values bestowed upon them then society would continue to evolve and benefit from the boundless munificence which Almighty Allah has placed at our disposal. Let us then rededicate ourselves to reading about, understanding and practicing with more earnestness, the call for a fair and peaceful society which the Holy Quran guides us towards. The creation of a blissful and universal united nation may then become that much easier.

According to the Quran, it is incumbent upon this System of Governance to provide for the basic necessities of each and all members comprising it, and make suitable arrangements for the development, nourishment of their human potentialities. In this way the System of Governance that is established in the name of Allah Almighty is bound to proclaim: Bindings for Momineen -Quran chapter 6 verse 152- It is distinctly clear from this that no system of governance could discharge this responsibility unless, and until it has the various means of production under its control and the necessary resources at its disposal. It may be reiterated, and should in no case be lost sight of, that this System of Governance takes under its control means of production with a view to discharge its huge responsibility of providing necessities of life for all the members of the society. If it fails to do so, it shall have no right to touch these resources. The underlying principle for the growth and development of human personality is expressed as: an individual should work hard, earn and produce as much as possible, keep what is basically and essentially necessary for their own upkeep and hand over the rest to the System of the Governance for meeting out the necessities of others in need.
